One Hundred Goals? YES! One Hundred Goals!

Was this speaker stark raving mad? One hundred goals? He thought I could come up with 100 goals for my life?

The speaker, Mark Victor Hansen, compiled the hugely successful Chicken Soup for the Soul series of books with Co-Author Jack Canfield. He challenged the assembled throng at the Women's Business Conference to brainstorm 100 life goals.

Further, he encouraged us to work with a partner with whom we would swap lists. Together we would encourage each other to develop our list. We would hold each other accountable. We would help each other eventually reach these 100 life goals.

Seeing that he was where he was, and I was where I was, I decided to take his advice! How many best sellers does Mark Victor Hansen have anyway? Exactly my point! He was a best selling writer, highly paid motivational speaker, darn good dresser too! And me? I was an employee of local government who read a lot of inspiring books. The kids in my Sunday School class were motivated by my speaking. That was certainly worth something.

My wardrobe? Usually bought on sale, or at the end of the season on clearance.

If Mark Victor Hansen got where he was by writing 100 goals? Then I figured it would not hurt to try! My co-worker and I buddied up to walk together through the process.

The next day I sat at my keyboard. At first I thought I would have difficulty in thinking up goals. Soon, though, I was on a roll. My goals were as diverse as "Have lunch with a friend one time weekly" to "Host a radio talk show" to "travel to Europe".

I approached my co-worker to share my list with her. I also wanted to do my part as her buddy. I knew I needed to encourage her to write her own 100 goals. She read through my list, saying "Great! Oh, and you wrote ‘Learn French twice!' ". With that, she went back to the tasks on her desk.

"Ummmmm.....how is your list coming, buddy?" I tried to sound as positive as I could on this one. Never sound accusatory towards your buddy, I thought

She looked out her window and replied, "My 100 goals are to get up tomorrow and the next 100 days!" She laughed at her humor. Me? I didn't understand.

Then again, her dream in 5 years is to still be working in local government. Perfectly respectable. Nothing at all wrong with that goal.

It is just not something that I could be particularly passionate about. Not something that I would be especially inspired by.

So where does that leave you, today?

Can you think of your 100 goals? Where would you like to be in 5 years? If you had a magic wand and your life could look like anything, what would I see when looking at you? What would it feel like to live that ideal life? What would others think of your life? Would you inspire people? Annoy people? Learn from people?

In other words, what do you really want to do with your life?

Start slow if you think you can not possibly think of 100 goals. Take out a piece of paper or open a new document on your word processor. Go for ten goals at first. No set order of preference, just let your mind go. Let the ideas and thoughts flow.

You may find you need to write more than ten goals as your ideas start moving less like a trickle and more like a deluge. If you run into a roadblock? Stop working. Walk away. Save the goals you have written. Promise yourself that you will come back later.

And then do exactly that! Come back later. Challenge yourself to finish your list of 100 goals.

Finally, find someone with whom to share your goals. A buddy to encourage you as you grow. Do you have anyone who would encourage this kind of challenge? If not, I invite you to join our discussion list entitled LivePassionately2day.

We have set up Goal Buddies in addition to discussing Goals and Goal Setting on a regular basis.

As for me, I am on my way to reaching more and more of my 100 goals. I no longer work in Local Government. I spend my hours caring for my precious babies (one goal was to have another baby, who is now 2!). I am also writing, speaking and am a webmaster. You can find me at a place called 5Passions. It is all about Living a Passion Filled Life.

I have not yet made reservations for a European Trip, nor have I hosted a Talk Radio program, but listen to your local station. You just never can be sure when that goal will also become a reality!

100 Goals. A method for uncovering what you really want. 100 Goals. A way to find out what is stored in your heart. 100 Goals. The beginning of your future. 100 Goals!

6 Energy Saving Tips for the Dishwasher

Adapted from Consumer Guide to Home Energy Savings, by Alex Wilson, Jennifer Thorne, and John Morrill.

Whether buying a new dishwasher or using an existing one, you may be able to save a considerable amount of energy by changing the way you operate it.

Here are six tips on how to save energy:

1. Use energy-saving cycles whenever possible.

2. If your dishwasher has a booster heater, turn down your water heater thermostat. Most dishwasher booster heaters can raise water temperature at least 20 F, so a setting of 120 F for your water heater should work fine. The washing cycle will take longer if the dishwasher has to boost the temperature, but unless you need to wash several loads in a row, this shouldn’t be a problem.

3. Use the no-heat air-dry feature on your dishwasher if it has one. If you have an older dishwasher that doesn’t include this feature, you can turn the dishwasher off after the final rinse cycle is completed an open the door to allow air drying. Using the no-heat dry feature or opening and air drying the dishes will increase the drying time, and it could lead to increased spotting, according to some in the industry. But try this method sometime to see how well it works with your machine.

4. Don’t pre-rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Modern dishwashers do a superb job of cleaning even heavily soiled dishes. Scrape off food and empty liquids—the dishwasher will do the rest. If you must rinse dishes first, at least use cold water.

5. Wash only full loads. The dishwasher uses the same amount of water whether it’s half-full or completely full. Putting dishes in the dishwasher throughout the day and running it once in the evening will use less water and energy than washing the dishes by hand throughout the day.

If you currently wash dishes by hand and fill sinks or plastic tubs with water, it’s pretty easy to figure out whether you would use less water with a dishwasher. Simply measure how much water it takes to fill the wash and rinse containers. If you wash dishes by hand two or three times a day, you might be surprised to find out how much water you’re currently using. Whether or not you will save energy by switching from washing-by-hand to using a dishwasher depends on both the dishwasher and how you wash the dishes by hand.

6. Load dishes according to manufacturer’s instructions. Completely fill the racks to optimize water and energy use, but allow proper water circulation for adequate cleaning.

How to Make a Non-Toxic Cleaning Kit

Most modern synthetic cleaning products are based on age-old formulas using natural ingredients that were passed down through the generations because the chemistry was right. Going back to the original naturally derived ingredients is a way to make cleaning products that work, don’t pollute and save you money. Most are found in your kitchen cupboards. Mix and match with well-chosen and environmentally friendly green cleaning products found in health food stores, and you can easily and simply transform your home into a non-toxic and healthy haven.

Non-toxic cleaning can give you a deep feeling of gratification in knowing that your family’s health is protected, and that your home is a place for your bodies to rest and recuperate rather than promote harm.

Making your own nontoxic cleaning kit will take you no time at all with these simple, straightforward directions, and with this kit you will be supplied with enough cleaning product for months of cleaning.

As an added bonus, ounce for ounce homemade cleaning formulas cost about one-tenth the price of their commercial counterpart—and that includes costly, but worthwhile essential oils, and concentrated, all-purpose detergents for homemade recipes.

SUPPLIES
Baking soda
Washing soda
White distilled vinegar
A good liquid soap or detergent
Tea tree oil
6 clean spray bottles
2 glass jars

Read more about these 5 basic cleaning ingredients, and a vinegar update.

CREAMY SOFT SCRUBBER
Simply pour about 1/2 cup of baking soda into a bowl, and add enough liquid detergent to make a texture like frosting. Scoop the mixture onto a sponge, and wash the surface. This is the perfect recipe for cleaning the bathtub because it rinses easily and doesn’t leave grit.

Note: Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin to the mixture and store in a sealed glass jar, to keep the product moist. Otherwise just make as much as you need at a time.

WINDOW CLEANER
1/4-1/2 teaspoon liquid detergent
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups water
Spray bottle

Put all the ingredients into a spray bottle, shake it up a bit, and use as you would a commercial brand. The soap in this recipe is important. It cuts the wax residue from the commercial brands you might have used in the past.

OVEN CLEANER
1 cup or more baking soda
Water
A squirt or two of liquid detergent

Sprinkle water generously over the bottom of the oven, then cover the grime with enough baking soda that the surface is totally white. Sprinkle some more water over the top. Let the mixture set overnight. You can easily wipe up the grease the next morning because the grime will have loosened. When you have cleaned up the worst of the mess, dab a bit of liquid detergent or soap on a sponge, and wash the remaining residue from the oven. If this recipe doesn’t work for you it is probably because you didn’t use enough baking soda and/or water.

ALL-PURPOSE SPRAY CLEANER
1/2 teaspoon washing soda
A dab of liquid soap
2 cups hot tap water

Combine the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake until the washing soda has dissolved. Apply and wipe off with a sponge or rag.

FURNITURE POLISH
1/2 teaspoon oil, such as olive (or jojoba, a liquid wax)
1/4 cup vinegar or fresh lemon juice
Mix the ingredients in a glass jar. Dab a soft rag into the solution and wipe onto wood surfaces. Cover the glass jar and store indefinitely.

VINEGAR DEODORIZER
Keep a clean spray bottle filled with straight 5 percent vinegar in your kitchen near your cutting board and in your bathroom and use them for cleaning. I often spray the vinegar on our cutting board before going to bed at night, and don’t even rinse but let it set overnight. The smell of vinegar dissipates within a few hours. Straight vinegar is also great for cleaning the toilet rim. Just spray it on and wipe off.

MOLD KILLERS

Tea Tree Treasure
Nothing natural works for mold and mildew as well as this spray. I’ve used it successfully on a moldy ceiling from a leaking roof, on a musty bureau, a musty rug, and a moldy shower curtain. Tea tree oil is expensive, but a little goes a very long way. Note that the smell of tea tree oil is very strong, but it will dissipate in a few days.

2 teaspoons tea tree oil
2 cups water

Combine in a spray bottle, shake to blend, and spray on problem areas. Do not rinse. Makes two cups.

Vinegar Spray
Straight vinegar reportedly kills 82 percent of mold. Pour some white distilled vinegar straight into a spray bottle, spray on the moldy area, and let set without rinsing if you can put up with the smell. It will dissipate in a few hours.

Cristiano Ronaldo named player of the year

Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has been named as the Professional Footballers' Association player of the year.

The 23-year-old wins the award for the second successive season after another outstanding campaign that has seen him score 38 goals in all competitions.

"I feel very happy. It is a great moment, it is an honour, a pleasure," said the Portuguese star.

Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas picked up the young player of the year award.

Ronaldo beat off competition from Liverpool duo Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard, 20-year-old Fabregas and Gunners team-mate Emmanuel Adebayor and Portsmouth goalkeeper David James.

The Portugal international was also in the running to scoop the young player of the year award, a feat he achieved last year, but was pipped to the prize by Spain star Fabregas.

Torres, Micah Richards, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Ashley Young were the other nominees.

Cristiano Ronaldo : "I feel very good but it is not just my award, my team-mates have helped me a lot this season"

Ronaldo did not attend the event, as he is busy preparing for Man Utd's Champions League semi-final second leg clash with Barcelona on Tuesday night, but was presented with the award by United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

"When you work all season to play good, to do something for the team, and then at the end of the season the PFA give you this award, it is a great motivation to carry on like that, to work more and get better," said Ronaldo.

"I feel very good but it is not just my award, my team-mates have helped me a lot this season.

"They give me good passes to score goals - and I score - but it is a good moment for me."

Ronaldo revealed he voted for Arsenal striker Adebayor, but believes the right man walked away with the award.

"I voted for Adebayor because I think he has had a great season as well," he said.

"But you have many players who have had a good season - Torres, Fabregas, many players. But I think I deserve to win!"

Of his award, Fabregas said: "I'm very proud. It's a very prestigious trophy.

"Football is a collective game and you prefer to win trophies with team-mates but it's always nice to have this type of award.

"I dedicate it to my team-mates because without them I would not have won."

BBC broadcaster and former England and Blackpool full-back Jimmy Armfield received the merit award for his services to the game.

A grape lover has enduring patience and will power.
A peach person is a fiery and passionate lover.

Apple

If apple is your favourite fruit, you are an extravagant, impulsive and outspoken person; often with a bit of a temper. While you may not be the best organiser yourself, you make a good team leader; and are good at taking things forward. You can take quick action in most situations. You enjoy travel immensely. You ooze with charm when you are with your partner. You have an enthusiasm for life, unmatched by most.

Banana

You are a softie! Loving, gentle, warm and sympathetic by nature is the banana lover. You often lack in self-confidence and are quite timid by nature. People often take advantage of your sweet temperedness, and sheer vulnerability to a situation. You adore your partner in every which way, both for their mental and physical beauty! Because of the way you are, your relationship is always, very much in harmony!

Black Grapes

You are a polite person in general, but do have quick flare-ups of temper that cool down just as quickly. You enjoy beauty in all forms, including beautiful people. You are very popular because of your warm, gregarious nature. You have a zest for life; you enjoy every thing you do, right from the way you dress, to your style and élan in your day-to-day life. Your partner must share your zeal and zing for life… to enjoy all you have to offer!

Cherry

If cherry is your favourite fruit, life isn't always as sweet for you. You often face ups and downs, particularly professionally; and find that you make small sums of money, instead of a lump sum. You have a fertile imagination and are often involved in creative pursuits. You are a very sincere and loyal partner; but find that expressing your feelings is not very easy. Your home is your haven, and you love nothing more than being surrounded by close family and your beloved partner.

Coconut

The coconut lover is a serious, very thoughtful and contemplative person. Though you enjoy socialising, you are particular about the company you keep. You tend to be stubborn but not necessarily foolhardy. Shrewd, quick-witted and alert, you ensure that you are right on top of any given scenario, especially at work. You need a partner with brains, and while passion is important it certainly isn't everything for you.

Custard Apple

You are a modest and conservative person; who can be quite sensitive at times. You tend to be thoughtful and contemplative, and therefore are rarely rash in doing things. You are quite ambitious; and are good at anything that requires much detailing or working with numbers. You are quick at finding fault with others. While looking for a partner, you value a person's intellect far above their looks or good old passion. You are quite shy and not very comfortable demonstrating affection.

Mango

A mango lover is a personality to be reckoned with; quite often you are a person who has quite fixed ideas, and influencing you is no easy task. You tend to be an extremist with strong likes and dislikes; and at times even like to control a situation. You enjoy getting involved in something that presents mental challenge. Strong as you may be, you are like a kitten when you are with your partner. You accommodate the love of your life, and make up for all the strong will elsewhere!

Orange

If orange is your favourite fruit; it speaks of a person who has enduring patience and willpower. You like to do things slowly; but very thoroughly and are completely undaunted by hard work. You tend to be shy; but are a reliable and trustworthy friend. You have an aesthetic bent of mind. You select your partner with care and thought; you love with all your heart, and are not in for just a fling. You avoid conflict at all costs.

Papaya

You are truly fearless and take much that happens in life, in your stride. You give considerable thought to things you do. You have a sense of humour that along with your generous nature keeps you in most people's good books. You are a go-getter in your professional life, and have a knack for being in the right place at the right time. You enjoy meeting new people and seeing new sights whenever you can. Your sense of humour is what attracts members of the opposite sex to you more than anything else. It is simply charming!

Peach

Like a peach, you enjoy the juice of life… it all its lush ripeness! You are the friendly sort, and are quite frank and outspoken, which adds to your charm. You are quick to forgive and forget; and value your friendships highly. You have an independent and ambitious streak in you, that makes you a real go-getter. You are the ideal lover, fiery and passionate but sincere and faithful in love. You don't however like to display all that passion in public.

Pear

If you put your mind to something you can do it successfully, but by and large you tend to be fickle and have trouble completing a task with the enthusiasm you started it with. You need to know the results of your efforts almost immediately. You enjoy mental stimulation; and love to get into a good discussion. You tend to be a restless and high-strung person, and are easily excitable. While you are quick to strike up a friendship with someone, maintaining it does not seem to be easy for you.

Pineapple

You are quick to decide and even quicker to act. You are brave in making career changes; if that is what is to your advantage. You have exceptional organising abilities and are undaunted by the size of the task at hand. You tend to be self reliant, sincere and honest in your dealings with others. Though you are not given to making friends very quickly, but once you do, it is for life. You rarely, if ever, make romantic overtures. Your partner is often impressed with your sterling qualities but disappointed in your ability to show affection.

Too Much Sleep

Media reports tell us that America is a sleep-deprived nation of workaholics who are sacrificing their health to achieve the overscheduled modern lifestyle. But we seldom hear about those at the other end of the spectrum who sleep well beyond the recommended seven to eight hours a night.

Some studies have found that sleeping nine hours or more a night may have a negative impact on health. However, the evidence is not nearly as clear as data showing that too little sleep (four to five hours) can lead to illness, accidents, and lowered productivity. We do know that depression can manifest itself through both insomnia and low energy levels leading to extended periods of sleep.

So is it possible to sleep too much? How can you develop healthy sleep habits? Here are some tips.

Don't Use Sleep to Escape
Sometimes when I feel overwhelmed, I can become a bit of a possum - curling up and falling asleep when threatened. While this isn't a particularly destructive way to escape uncomfortable emotions, it also isn't an indicator of being able to deal with them. If you are a "possum sleeper," I would suggest trying to sit through a period of discomfort using a different behavior, such as exercise, to lessen anxiety.

Don't Overdo the Napping
Naps have gotten a bad rap in the United States, but there has been a trend over the past few years to embrace the power nap (a fifteen- or twenty-minute refresher in the afternoon). Numerous studies have shown that these short naps are in fact an excellent way to sustain our energy and focus throughout the day. However, a power nap can easily turn into a two-hour deep sleep for some of us. This amount of sleep in the afternoon will leave you feeling groggy and likely disrupt your sleep pattern at night.

Don't Make Sleep the Weekend Reward
Those of us with busy work schedules often treat ourselves to long sleeps on the weekend. You shouldn't feel guilty about this, but I wonder if this behavior falls into the same pattern as overeating on the weekend and then starving yourself during the week. A consistent level of sleep throughout the week seems like a healthier option.

Don't Get Bored
If I don't know what to do with myself, I will often feel tired and sleep more than I think is necessary. The reality is that there is always something to do if we want to seek out activities, such as exercising or volunteering. Keep busy and you will feel less tired.

Good health is usually dependent upon moderation, and it seems, sleep is no exception.

Ferrari Finish One-Two At Barcelona

Can Anyone Stop Them ?

Who among the also-rans can rise up to challenge the mighty Ferrari team ? Apparently, the answer right now is none of them. Not McLaren. Not BMW. Not Renault. What we have right now, is simply a one-horse race.

The mighty Ferrari team simply subjugated all challengers today at the Circuit de Cataluyna prancing to their second straight 1-2 finish of the season. 2007 Formula One World Champion Kimi Raikkonen led the way riding along at an easy pace with 2007 Spanish Grand Prix winner Felipe Massa in tow. It was another awesome display of how good the Maranello based team is, and a disheartening suggestion that there is only one ‘big’ team right now… and that team is Ferrari. Maybe it’s time to send some more technical documents to McLaren ?

Kimi Raikkonen scored his second win of the 2008 season, and his 17th career F1 victory. In doing so, he became the eighth straight Spanish Grand Prix Pole sitter to follow-up with a win. The Finn also extended his points lead to a dominant nine points over McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton, with BMW’s Robert Kubica one point arears of the Briton.

“It was a good day, and everything went well,“ Raikkonen said of his perfect day. “For sure we could have gone a bit faster, but there was no need. If you look at last year, our car should be quite strong heading to Turkey”

The message is clear to the rest of the field… not only must you up your game, but when you do we can go even faster.

Brazilian Felipe Massa has completely turned his season around after retiring twice in the first two races, he now has a second-place finish to go with his Bahrain triumph and rests in a comfortable fourth in the Formula One driver’s points standings heading into the Turkish Grand Prix which he has won the last two seasons.

“Qualifying was very important for this race,” said Massa. “I started third and I did a very, very, very good start which got us past Fernando. During the second stint I built the gap (over Lewis). After testing, the car looks more in the right direction now.”

Indeed.

Lewis Hamilton finished third in his silver arrow. The youngster got by the faster BMW of Robert Kubica during the launch off the Barcelona starting grid, and made it stick heading into Turn One.

“Robert is probably one of the hardest to overtake, and it was a good start for us,” said the second-year driver. “It’s amazing how close all the cars and teams are so close,” echoing Massa’s comments. “I had to try to keep up with Massa, and kept pushing and pushing right to the last lap. And I kept looking in the mirrors, and Kubica always seemed to be there in the same spot.”

And quite frankly, the only reason the beemers are in Lewis’ mirror is because the team have yet to sort out their launches from the starting grid. Though one could say today’s start looked a bit better, the BMW boys still pulled away slower than the top teams around them. Kubica was on equal fuel, in a better car, and had a better qualifying position, but he just couldn’t keep the McLaren behind.

If BMW are going to challenge the front-runners, the must resolve this issue.

“We had a very good pace during today’s race,” said Kubica. “Unfortunately I lost a position at the start. Anyway at the end our gap to the leader was only five seconds. If someone had told me that yesterday I would not have believed it.”

The scare of the race came on the Lap 22 when McLaren driver Heikki Kovalainen crashed heavily at Turn Nine. Both the safety car, and the medical car were deployed to the scene of the accident with TV coverage carefully kept away from the site. Though the second-year driver was removed and placed on a stretcher, he was later flown to a local hospital. McLaren Boss Martin Whitmarsh reported that Kovalainen was OK, but had suffered a concussion, so it needed to be checked out. The Finn is expected to race in two weeks at Turkey.

For hometown hero, and front-row man Fernando Alonso a DNF was a sad way to end the day. The two-time F1 World Champion started the race in good shape and raced very competitively at the front easily keeping Hamilton’s McLaren behind him during the opening laps. It looked as though Alonso was on course for a strong points finish, but trouble struck at half-distance with an engine problem forcing the Spaniard into retirement.

"This weekend has been both sweet and sour,” said Alonso. “The car was very competitive and we were up there with the Ferraris and the BMWs, which is a good first step. I think now we should hopefully start enjoying races again and racing closer to the front. Although I am disappointed not to finish, it was a nice surprise to see that we are more competitive than we thought we would be."

And definitely more competitive than anyone thought the team would be!

In the end, it was a strong weekend for Formula One. Although the winner was predictably a Ferrari, and they didn’t have any real fight, three teams in the field can threaten to keep this championship close. Heading into the Turkish Grand Prix, we can’t see anything except another Ferrari one-two…

But then again… maybe it will rain… maybe the Renault will get even better… maybe the BMWs will get their launches figured out… and maybe McLaren will stop their slide downward.

Maybe.

Much To My Surprise

A small change can make a big difference.

A few months ago I saw a book on the Internet, "The One Minute Millionaire". The authors of this book were Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen. I knew of Mark Victor Hansen because of his involvement with the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. I was curious about what type of book this would be with Mark Victor Hansen as one of the authors. So I ordered the book.

The weeks past and truly I had forgotten that I had ordered it. I arrived home from work and my husband said a package came for me. Upon opening the package I found the book, plus a CD. The book intrigued me. I started reading it and found it was unlike any book I had previously read. The book is actually two books in one. The left hand pages are theory and the right hand pages are a story. I started reading the book together, but the story got my attention.

The story is one where you think nothing else could go wrong, but it does!! Every free minute I had I found myself wanting to read the book. When I wasn't reading the book I found myself thinking about the story and wondering how it would turn out. Well this morning I finished reading the book, the story part of the book. I read a lot of books, and I can honestly say this book is one that inspired me to write about it.

The book not only teaches principles for becoming independent, it truly teaches good values for life. It uses real life situations and analogies that really do make you think.

One analogy I especially like is:
"The wind might cause a kite to rise, but what keeps it up there is the fact that somebody on the ground has a steady hand. You have to hold steady to your values - your integrity. It's your anchor. You let go of that…well, it isn't long before your kite comes crashing down."

The title of the book, "The One Minute Millionaire" is intriguing but after reading the book the second title, "The Enlightened Way to Wealth" now makes sense to me. Enlightened being the key word!

To sum it up I would say:
It's not all about money,
it's about helping yourself, helping others and giving back.

I should point out I paid very little for the book, and truly wondered about the quality of what I would receive. I am sure you have heard the quote, "you only get what you pay for!" Well, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE…..what I got was worth far more than I paid for it. I highly recommend this book!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. And better yet, I hope it sparks an idea or makes you look at how you live your life.

~Life Drawings~

I thought it would be fun to make a video of the drawing process. A few months ago I got into figure drawing and I just could not do anything else. This happens every year. I will get tired of a particular medium or subject and I will get into another, until I get tired of it too. Looking back now, I'm glad I made this videos, because right after I uploaded them to Blogger and to Youtube, my computer crashed and all my images were wiped out.

~Figure Drawing 1~

~Animal Portraits~

This video has a partial list of animal portraits. Putting them in video form makes it faster to watch, rather them having to click on each one.

~Basset Hound Paintings~

This are some of my Basset Hound Paintings using Watercolor medium. Can you tell I worship this breed of dog? I do, but I can't have one, because I have chickens and Bassets will go after them. If you would like to buy one of these, let me know.
